I am a native Californian who has been in the health and insurance industry for over 20 years. I have spent the last 10 years in a leadership role coaching team members through organizational change and process improvement strategies at a leading health insurer in California.

I partner with local businesses throughout Northern California to support our customer base with industry specific knowledge gained through hands-on experience and education. This method of “trial by fire” has been instrumental in developing my own professional mission which has led me back to the Entreprenurial “playing field” as a “teacher”; coaching others to build winning teams that navigate the pitfalls of a developing business.
